Q. What is the best tour?
We have created our tours to offer a range of experiences, so there should be something for everyone! If you are in any doubt, please contact us and we will be happy to recommend the tour that best suits you. We also design custom tours, so if you can't find your niche with any of our scheduled tours, we can definitely help!
Q. Do you have tours in the winter?
We run most of our 1-day tours all year round and our 2-day tour. The rest are available between April and October.
Q. What is the age limit on your tours?
We are happy to welcome anyone 3 years old or over on all of our scheduled tours!
Q. What languages are your tours in?
All of our tours are delivered by experienced English-speaking driver-guides.
Q. How much luggage can I bring?
Due to the size of our vehicles, on our multi-day tours, we guarantee to carry one piece of luggage per passenger of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm, with a maximum of 15kg. This is equivalent to hand luggage allowed in an aircraft cabin. If you are wishing to bring your luggage with you on a one-day tour, please contact us for further arrangements.

Q. Where do I get my tickets?
Both our online booking system and our sales team will provide you with a travel voucher at the time of booking. Please bring this with you when you join your tour. This document will give you helpful instructions for joining the tour on the day - departure point, check-in time and departure time. This is your booking confirmation.
Q. Do you accept groups?
Yes, we are happy to accept groups on our scheduled tours. We can also arrange a custom tour for your party. Please email us with your requirements and we’d be happy to provide a quote for you. If you are travelling with a group but would like to book separately, please let us know so we can ensure you are all on the same bus.
Q. How can I pay for my tour?
We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express credit cards. Debit cards linked to a UK bank account are also accepted. If you are having any problems, please contact us by e-mail.
Q. Are all taxes included in the price?
Yes, you do not need to add tax on.
Q. Am I eligible for the concessionary rate?
The concessionary rate is for children up to 15 years of age inclusive, students and over-60s. If you or any of your group are in these categories, then they can travel at the concessionary rate. Please note that we will require proof of age or proof of study upon departure.
Q. What will the weather be like?
The UK is routinely unpredictable, but we do have a very temperate climate. Summers can be warm, however, be prepared for rain too – without it we wouldn’t have the lush green countryside we’re famous for.
Q. What should I wear?
We would recommend you wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and a jacket is always advisable.
Q. What should I bring with me?
As above, it is always advisable to be prepared for any weather in England so a jacket is always a good idea! A camera to capture the spectacular views and you are set to go! It is not necessary for you to bring your own meals, as we will stop throughout the day in small towns or villages where you can purchase food, however you are more than welcome to bring along snacks or a packed lunch.
Q. Should I buy travel insurance?
We highly recommend you take out travel insurance.
Q. When do I need to check-in for my tour?
Check-in closes 15 minutes before your tour is due to depart.
If you think you will be late for check-in, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. In fairness to all passengers, our tours will depart promptly at their scheduled time.
Q. Do you offer a hotel or airport pick-up service?
We know that you will want to start your tour straight away, so rather than spending valuable time travelling through the city we offer a single, centrally-located departure point, so we can get you to England’s best scenery and attractions as quickly as possible!
Q. I want to depart from or return to somewhere other than your listed cities. Is this possible?

Q. What is included in the price of the tour?
Our tours include the transportation (on a modern Mercedes luxury mini-bus or midi-bus) with USBs, wi-fi and complimentary bottle of water and of course, the knowledge and entertainment of one of our passionate driver-guides! Many of our tours also include a free walking tour of one of the places you visit such as Oxford or Bath!
Q. Are there any meals included?
Our 1 day tours do not include any meals, but our tours include stops where all budgets are catered for in terms of snacks and meals. On our multi-day tours, our accommodation packages include a full English breakfast. As above, we try to make stops in places of interest where there is a wide variety of food available, suitable for all budgets.
Q. How much do the optional extras cost?

Q. Should I tip the driver?
A gratuity for good service is always appreciated.
Q. Will there be time off the vehicle?
When we plan our tours we aim to get as much of a balance as possible between free time and travelling time. We want you to experience the best of England in as much comfort as possible, so you will not be travelling for much more than two hours without a break on any of our tours.
Q. Are your return times guaranteed?
Our return times are approximate, as they are dependent upon the traffic on the day. We do not recommend booking onward travel too close to the return time in case of delays. Transport
Q. What will the vehicle be like?
Our tours are run on modern, luxury Mercedes vehicles which will transport you in comfort and safety. Apart from our 1-day Stonehenge, Bath, Lacock and Avebury tour, all of our tours are run on 16-seater mini-buses. They feature air conditioning, panoramic windows, reclining seats and fridges. We think, on our buses, is the best way to experience England.
Q. How many people will I be travelling with?
Our tours have a maximum group size of 16 passengers. Apart from our 1-day Stonehenge, Bath, Lacock and Avebury tour which may run in a slightly larger group as it is our most popular tour.
Q. What is the accommodation you use like?
We work closely with our accommodation providers to maintain the best standards of accommodation throughout England for all of our tours.
Q. What does twin/double and single mean?
A twin room is a room with 2 single beds, whilst a double room has 1 large bed suited for two people. Both rooms are designed for double occupancy. A single room is room designed for single occupancy.

Q. I have missed my tour, can I get a refund?
It is the responsibility of the Passenger to ensure that they are at the departure point in good time and that they adhere to the departure times given in the Company's publicity and by its representatives. Buses will not be held for Passengers who are late. In such cases full cancellation charges will apply and the Company shall have no further liability to that Passenger.
